All buildings of the educational center are seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape, taking into account the high seismic activity of the area. The structures will be connected by a system of elevated pedestrian walkways. From any point on the pedestrian deck, the sea will be visible. The architectural concept is based on the idea of the «Tree of Culture.» This will be evident when viewing the university’s territory from above: the elevated pedestrian bridges will resemble the trunk and branches, while the buildings will resemble leaves
The educational center will feature:

– A hall with a transformable stage for fashion shows
