The architectural and urban ensemble includes: the hotel resort building, a multifunctional conference hall with a transforming stage, parking, a sports and wellness complex with an indoor ice rink, an ice arena building, villas, a bathhouse-restaurant complex, a spa area, and a congress tent. The total area will be 10 hectares. The volumetric and compositional solution of the hotel building is designed in the form of two arcs to maximize the views of the Temple and the forest park area from the rooms, while also organizing multifunctional zoning on the first floor and the adjacent territory within the complex.
