The content center of the tourist and educational cluster «Tavrida.Art» is located in the Republic of Crimea, in the Sudak urban district. It is expected that the new complex, the largest in Crimea, will allow filmmakers to create films that could make history, as well as serve as a tourist attraction and a venue for cultural and entertainment events.
Site area – 6.8 hectares;
Total building area – 7,500 m².
The architectural design of the new complex has been developed to seamlessly integrate into the concept of the entire «Tavrida» art cluster and the «Meganon» creative industries academy. The construction of the first stage is planned to be completed in the third quarter of 2024.
The building complex of the content center includes:
– Pavilion complex;
– Film set production workshop with a warehouse;
– Open area for location filming;
– Film set park;
– Versatile hall with a transformable stage for 400 seats;
– Administration;
– Parking spaces.
