The center is surrounded by terracotta walls that isolate it from hot winds and sands. The buildings are also clad in terracotta (a traditional material for minimizing heat radiation). Around the building and above it, metal canopies and pergolas with canvas coverings are installed, which helps reduce the amount of sunlight coming from the street and provide shade.
A recreational area with landscaping and water features is provided. Under the canopies, there are well-equipped rest areas.
