53 CPI HAS DESIGNED AND COMPLETED MORE THAN 200 BUILDING PROJECTS FROM MOSCOW TO VLADIVOSTOK.

Our company has a total of 530 employees working at its head office in Moscow, its St. Petersburg branch, and a separate division in Novorossiysk, as well as a ‘Special Projects’ subsidiary company. Our highly qualified staff employs the most advanced technologies, implements BIM design, and uses modern equipment and software in their work. This has allowed us to carry out nearly the entire range of design work with only our own resources and take one of the leading positions in the industry in terms of quality and reliability.

HISTORY OF 53 CPI

WE HAVE BEEN WORKING SINCE 1931

53 CPI was formed in March 2021 by employees of Design Institutions and the Chief Directorate for Troop Accommodations for Moscow and St. Petersburg.

However, we trace our own history from 1931, as the successor of the Ministry of Defense’s ’53 Central Project Institution’.

Today, our company has its head office in Moscow and branches in St. Petersburg and Novorossiysk, as well as a ‘Special Projects’ subsidiary.

Team

The institution’s staff embodies a unique fusion of experience and youth. We successfully carry out comprehensive engineering surveys, prepare urban planning documentation, and develop general plans and architectural and engineering designs for buildings and structures, including utility and communication networks, while providing onsite supervision.

When creating capital construction projects, great attention is paid to creating a comfortable people-oriented environment with an expressive architectural appearance and well-thought-out utilities.
